Starting in March, Fox Chapel Area’s strength and conditioning staff will offer a developmental strength and conditioning program for all sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-graders. Instruction will concentrate on functional movement patterns, injury prevention, speed, and agility training. Athletes will use developmentally appropriate resistance during training sessions.
