The Fox Chapel High School baseball team saw its season come to a close on May 13 with a 2-0 loss to Hempfield in a first round WPIAL Class AAAA playoff game at Gateway High School. Chad Bartlett, who threw a complete game and struck out six, took the loss as the Foxes were held to an infield single by Hempfield’s Zach Martinelli, who struck out 18 batters.
