The Fox Chapel Area High School Strength and Conditioning Program is designed to help female and male student- athletes in their athletic development in a safe and structured environment. The program, offered free of charge, aims to develop young people as athletes first, and then sports-specific players. Promoting healthy lifestyles and teaching scientifically-based training methods are part of the holistic approach taught by the program’s certified athletic trainers and coaches. The workouts also focus on building strength, power, speed, agility, and flexibility.
Team sessions are held prior to each sports season and over the summer months.
