Monday night just kept getting better for Fox Chapel senior Erin Mathias.
In the span of a few hours, Mathias, a 6-foot-3 Duke recruit, logged 18 points, 15 rebounds and four blocks in the Foxes’ 63-43 home win over Penn Hills, which clinched at least a share of the Section 2-AAAA title. Then she took to Twitter to celebrate Duke’s win over Pitt in men’s basketball.
