Background: Rajupet won his first section title this week, taking the WPIAL Class AAA Section 3 singles title with a 6-2, 6-0 win over Natoli Farber of Central Catholic. Rajupet finished second as a freshman and fourth as a sophomore in the section singles tournament. Rajupet also has an accomplished doubles career, finishing second in the WPIAL and fourth in the state as a freshman.
