David Nury was the Cal Ripken of Fox Chapel boys soccer from 1985 until his graduation in 1988. He was a starter as a freshman, and he did not miss a game in his four years.
He received all-WPIAL honors and played on a team that was the WPIAL runner-up in his sophomore year. In his senior year, the Foxes won the WPIAL crown and finished second at the PIAA tournament.
