In an important Section 3-AAA tennis match on April 27, Fox Chapel took a huge step in establishing section supremacy with a 3-2 win over Shady Side Academy.
At No. 1 singles, FC’s Robby Shymansky beat Cooper Kann, 6-1, 6-3. Teammate Sidd Rajupet claimed a straight-sets win over Michael Kann at No. 2 singles, 6-0, 6-2. SSA won at No. 3 singles as Tanay Kumta got by Neil Bencherif in three sets, 6-4, 3-6, 6-2.
