Noah Cagley, a junior, has been a productive swimmer on the Fox Chapel swim team since he was a freshman.
He hopes he will make a good showing when the WPIAL championships start.
“I feel that I’ve improved a lot since last year,” he said. “I put in a lot of work during the summer, and I feel good about the WPIALs.”
