Kelsey Russo, a 2009 Fox Chapel Area High School graduate and senior at California University of Pennsylvania, was recently selected to the All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference third team.
The midfielder scored four goals for the 17-2-2 Vulcans, who won the PSAC Tournament and qualified for the NCAA Division II Tournament.
It was the second straight year that she was selected to the team.
