Fox Chapel earns 1st victory
Thomas Smith ran 48 times for 298 yards and four touchdowns to lead host Fox Chapel to a 42-28 nonconference victory against Hempfield (3-6).
Dimitri Spina threw for 189 yards and a score for the Foxes (1-8). Wesley Morris also had a 49-yard pass reception.
Daniel Walters had four touchdown passes for Hempfield, including three to Nick Diandreth.
